NexiraCollectiv provides underwater drone cleaning services for boats, docks, and marine structures. Services include but are not limited to hull cleaning, dock maintenance, industrial structure cleaning, emergency response, and underwater inspections.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our operations team. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full service deposit.
Our drones operate within specified environmental conditions. Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, poor visibility, or unsafe water conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
While we take every precaution to protect your property, NexiraCollectiv's liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We carry comprehensive marine operations insurance. Pre-existing damage documented during our initial scan is not our responsibility.
